1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BAEVOS GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED ("BAEVOS," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
BAEVOS provides business process outsourcing (BPO) services including but not limited to:
- Customer Experience (CX) and Support Services
- Sales and Lead Generation
- Back Office Support and Administration
- Virtual Assistance
- E-commerce Support
The specific services provided to each client will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
3. Client Obligations
As a client of BAEVOS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay for services as agreed in your Service Agreement
- Provide timely feedback and approvals as required
4. Service Level Agreements
Specific service levels, response times, and performance metrics will be outlined in individual Service Agreements. BAEVOS commits to delivering services with professionalism and in accordance with agreed-upon standards.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including rates, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
6. Confidentiality
BAEVOS agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials provided by clients remain with the client. Work product created by BAEVOS specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAEVOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement. BAEVOS operates on flexible terms with no long-term contract requirements unless specifically agreed upon. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
BAEVOS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
